State Fees

What are state fees and why do I have to pay for them when I already have an account?

Some states require that we pay a reporting fee when we report your completed courses. If our site is asking you for state fees it means that these fees were either not included for your subscription or your company is out of state fees. Please ask your administrator to contact us to add additional state fees to your company's account. For these states, we pass along the fee, which may not have been included in your subscription. Here are the states and their fees per credit hour:

Georgia $4.00
Hawaii $5.00
Illinois $.75
Nebraska $1.00
Nevada $3.00
Pennsylvania $1.50
Puerto Rico $3.00
Tennessee $2.00
Utah $1.50

There is also a credit card convenience fee which is added to the transaction to cover the transaction costs if you don't meet the minimum purchase amount.
